The story begins with Colville Together’s commitment to fostering the community, and making main street a more wonderful place to visit. Colville Together decided on a “Welcome to Colville” mural to be featured in Heritage Court. To bring their vision to life, Colville Together collaborated with Spokane muralist Chris Bovey.
The mural itself is a welcome piece to the residents and visitors who enjoy downtown. From depictions of local landmarks and businesses, every stroke of the brush carries a purpose.
Documenting and immortalizing the making of the mural was an incredible experience. We hope this video captures the passion, creativity, and collaboration that went into this community-driven project.
